It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that in terms of order dated 27.12.2017 the petitioner has already joined the proceedings before learned trial Court on 04.01.2018 (Annexure P-9) and he will not repeat the lapses committed in the past. Consequently, the order dated 27.12.2017 is made absolute. 3. It is made clear that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with proceedings before learned trial Court and will not seek any exemption for his personal appearance. 4. The present petition is disposed of.
