JUDGMENT : 1. The Court: On behalf of the respondents learned counsel prays for stay of operation of the judgment and order passed today in the above matter. 2. Considering the fact that the respondents have three months' time to comply with this order we feel this is sufficient time to get stay of the judgment and order if they are entitled to it. 3. In those circumstances, we do not think it is necessary to pass a formal order of stay. 4. Thus the prayer for stay is considered and refused. Certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
