JUDGMENT Sanjay Karol, A.C.J —In view of the intervening developments, which have taken place inasmuch as the writ petitioner, who is a tenant, had handed over the premises to the respondent-Bank, as also paid the amount undertaken before this Court, we close the present proceedings. 2. In view of above, the petition stands disposed of, so also pending applications, if any.
