ORDER 1. None appears for the respondent in spite of due service of notice. 2. We have considered the grounds on which the transfer is prayed for. On such consideration we are of the view that the transfer as prayed for should be allowed. We order accordingly. Therefore, Family Case No. 38/707 of 2016, titled as “Rakesh Vs. Jagrati” pending in the Family Court, Alwar (Rajasthan) is ordered to be transferred to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Rewari (Haryana). The Family Court, Alwar (Rajasthan) shall send the case record to the transferee Court promptly and without any delay. 3. The transfer petition is accordingly allowed. 4. After transfer of the petition, the transferee Court is directed to make all endeavour for amicable settlement, failing which for early decision in the case without unnecessary adjournments.
