ORDER : 1. We have heard the learned counsels for the parties. 2. Leave granted. 3. Considering the totality of the facts of the case and the fact that the appellant has been in custody since November, 2015 and also the fact that trial is likely to take some time, we are inclined to release the appellant on bail. Therefore, the appellant is ordered to be released on bail to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court in connection with Crime No.394 of 2015. 4. The learned trial Court is free to impose appropriate condition(s) as it deems fit. 5. Consequently, the order of the High Court is set aside and the present appeal is disposed of in the above terms.
