ORDER : 1. Issue notice. 2. Dasti, in addition, is permitted. 3. During the pendency of the Special Leave Petition, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing a bail bond to the tune of Rs. 1,00,000/-(Rupees One Lakh) with two solvent sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court and such other conditions as may be imposed by the trial court.
