ORDER : 1. Learned counsel for the Union of India prays for time on the ground that the matter is being examined at the highest level and an appropriate reply will be filed within three weeks. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has seriously objected to granting any adjournment as the petitioners apprehended that even this academic year they may be denied admission. 3. Even so, we deem it appropriate to defer the matter. Let the matter be listed on 17th July, 2018. In the event, the respondents file any application in the context of notification issued by the State Government, liberty to apply before appropriate Bench.
