JUDGMENT : When the matter is called out, Mr. Saurabh Shekhar, learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that the file originally belonged to learned counsel who has been elevated and later on, transferred to Hon'ble High Court of Orissa. Learned counsel for the appellant further seeks adjournment of three weeks so that he can file 'vakalatnama' on behalf of the appellant, as the conducting counsel has already been elevated. The prayer made by the learned counsel is allowed. Mr. Saurabh Shekhar, learned counsel for the appellant is directed to seek instructions from the appellant and inform this Court about filing of his 'vakalatnama', otherwise this Court will appoint amicus curiae in this case for the disposal of the appeal which is pending since the year 2004. As prayed for, list this case after three weeks under the same heading.
