JUDGMENT : When the instant Criminal appeal was called out, learned counsels for the appellant, Mr. Jawahar Sah and Mr. Abhishek Prasad have appeared and submitted that adjournment of two weeks may be granted so as to seek instructions from the appellant. From perusal of the order dated 17.04.2018 passed by this Court, it appears that the case was fixed for today. On the prayer made by learned counsel for the appellant, Mr. Abhishek Prasad for adjournment of two weeks again. Learned counsel for the State, Mr. Vikash Kishore Prasad, Additional Public Prosecutor has no objection. Prayer is allowed. Let the case be listed after two weeks. It is made clear that on the next date, no further adjournment shall be granted.
