JUDGMENT : 1. Heard Mr. K. Paul, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S. Sen Gupta, Addl. P.P. for the respondent. 2. Mr. K. Paul, learned counsel for the petitioner has vehemently submitted that the petitioner is not involved in any manner in the said incident that pre-arrest bail be granted with the undertaking that the petitioner will cooperate fully with the investigation. 3. This Court by order dated 21.12.2018 had directed for objections within 10(ten) days. Today, the Addl. P.P. has produced the status report concerning Khliehriat P.S. Case No. 195 (11) of 2018 under Section 307/392/34 I.P.C. On perusal of the status report the same reflects and records the incident that had occurred on 8th November, 2018 and the subsequent events and investigation. The name of the petitioner is found mentioned in the status report wherein it has been mentioned that attempt had been made to arrest him but he was not found. The status report is inclusive of many facts and events that surround the entire incident with the names of the persons allegedly involved are recorded, and is not specific to the petitioner alone. 4. This matter is serious in nature with wide implications especially in the backdrop of the prevailing situation in the coal mining areas. 5. After careful consideration and in view of the magnitude and seriousness of the case, the State respondent/opposite party is hereby allowed one more chance to file objections after which application be considered for necessary orders. Objections be filed within 1(one) week. 6. List this matter in the next available bench.
