JUDGMENT 1. This petition is received from the Superintendent of Central Jail, Jodhpur, seeking modification of the order dated 20.02.2019 passed by this Court in D.B. Criminal Writ Petition No. 29/2019. 2. By the said order, convict Narayan Lal S/o Lalu Ram, was directed to be released on first parole in terms of order dated 20.02.2018 passed by this Court on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- on reasonable terms and conditions determined by the Superintendent, Central Jail, Udaipur. 3. As a matter of fact, convict Narayan Lal S/o Lalu Ram is presently lodged in Open Air Camp, Mandore, Jodhpur. 4. Accordingly, it is directed that convict Narayan Lal S/o Lalu Ram, may be released on first parole in terms of order dated 20.02.2018 passed by this Court on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- on reasonable terms and conditions determined by the Superintendent, Central Jail, Jodhpur. 5. The order dated 20.02.2019 passed by this Court in D.B. Criminal Writ Petition No. 29/2019 shall stand modified. 6. The misc. application is disposed of accordingly.
