JUDGMENT 1. This criminal revision petition has been filed against the order dated 21.02.2015 passed in M.P.Case No. 91 of 2012. On an application filed under section 125 Cr.P.C , the Principal Judge, Family Court has awarded maintenance of Rs. 3,000/- per month to the applicant''s wife and Rs. 1,000/- per month for his minor child. 2. Ms. Mahua Palit, the learned counsel for the petitioner-husband submits that the petitioner is working as Electrician and his daily income is not more than Rs. 100 per day. 3. Marriage between the parties is not disputed and the court has recorded a finding that the applicant''s wife has reasonable cause not to stay together with her husband. The learned Principal Judge, Family Court in the order dated 21.02.2015 has awarded the aforesaid amount of maintenance on the basis of the pleadings of the parties. The applicant''s wife has asserted that income of her husband is Rs. 12,000/- per month. 4. Considering the beneficial nature of the provision under section 125 Cr.P.C and the limitation of the revisional jurisdiction (refer: " Sheonandan Paswan Vs. State of Bihar & Ors." reported in (1987) 1 SCC 288) , I am not inclined to interfere in the matter and, accordingly, this criminal revision petition is dismissed.
