ORDER : Heard counsels for the parties. 2. The Present writ petition has been filed for the death-cum-retiral dues on account of death of claimed husband of the petitioner namely Late Hopan Manjhi who has died on 08.09.1999. 3. Counsel for the respondents submit that the employee was posted as Fitter Mechanical and he had died in the year 1999. Further it has been submitted that there is a dispute regarding the status of the petitioner claiming as wife of the petitioner. 4. Such disputed question cannot be resolved in the writ petition when the cause of action is of the year 1999. 5. In view of above facts, the present writ petition is, hereby, disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority after getting proper succession certificate by the competent Civil Court. 6. With the above observation and direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
