JUDGMENT 1. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved against order dated 30.03.2019, whereby, the petitioner has been placed under suspension pending disciplinary proceedings. 2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondents have without application of mind suspended the petitioner, inasmuch as, vide Annexure-P/2 dated 27.03.2019 the Additional Director Banking had required action against certain officers, based on which, action was taken against one Uma Ram Saharan by the respondents. However, it is alleged that in an attempt to save said Uma Ram Saharan petitioner has been suspended, whereas, the petitioner has no role to play. 3. Further submission has been made that the petitioner has made a representation Annexure-P/5 requiring reconsideration of his order of suspension, which has also not dealt with by the respondents. It is prayed that the order impugned be quashed and set aside. 4. I have considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and have perused the material available on record. 5. The order dated 30.03.2019 is only with relation to the suspension of petitioner based on the pending inquiry against him and from the said order it cannot be said that the order has been passed without application of mind. 6. Once the petitioner has already made a representation to the respondents vide Annexure-P/5, it is required of the respondents to decide the said representation made by the petitioner. 7. In view of the above facts situation, no interference is called for in the present writ petition at this stage based on the grounds alleged in the writ petition. The respondents are directed to decide the representation made by the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of two weeks from the date a copy of this order is placed with the respondents. Further the petitioner would be free to file fresh representation, if so advised. 8. With the above observations and directions, the petition filed by the petitioner stands disposed of.
