JUDGMENT 1. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was working as Patwari, have been sent as Ameen to the Land Settlement Department on deputation, for which no consent has been obtained from the petitioner, which is necessary as laid down by this Court in Shashi Mehta v. State of Rajasthan & Ors. : 2006 (9) RDD 4882 . 2. In view of the submissions made, issue notice. Issue notice of stay application also. Both are made returnable within a period of four weeks. 3. Notices, when issued, be given dasti to learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. In the meanwhile and till further orders, operation of the orders dated 15.02.2019 (Annex.P/7) & 22.02.2019 (Annex.P/8), qua the petitioners shall remain stayed. 5. Connect with SBCWP No. 3007/2019.
