JUDGMENT 1. Heard learned counsels for the petitioners, learned Public Prosecutor as well as learned counsel for the complainant and also perused the material on record. 2. The petitioners have been arrested in connection with FIR No. 109/2019 of Police Station Udaimandir, Jodhpur for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354 and 395 I.P.C.. They have preferred these bail applications under Section 439 Cr.P.C. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor as well as learned counsel for the complainant have vehemently opposed the bail application. 4. Having regard to the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, I deem it just and proper to grant bail to the accused petitioners under Section 439 Cr.P.C. 5. Accordingly, these bail applications filed under Sec.439 Cr.P.C. are allowed and it is directed that petitioners Mohd. Yusuf S/o Mohd. Salim, Nasir alias Poliya S/o Naasir, Sultan @ Pagal S/o Badrudeen, Goru @ Abdul Hasan S/o Babu Khalil and Mohammed Aamir S/o Ajaj Mohammed shall be released on bail in connection with FIR No. 109/2019 of Police Station Udaimandir, Jodhpur provided each of them executes a personal bond in a sum of Rs. 50,000/- with two sound and solvent sureties of Rs. 25,000/- each to the satisfaction of learned trial court for his/her appearance before that court on each and every date of hearing and whenever called upon to do so till the completion of the trial.
