JUDGMENT : S.V. BHATTI, J.:— Heard Adv. Sri. John Mathew Therezhath, for the petitioner and Adv. Sri. Jens George Elavamannail holding for Adv. Sri. Joy Thattil Ittoop, Standing Counsel. 2. The petitioner prays for the following reliefs:— “A. Interdict the coercive proceedings initiated by he second respondent including the freezing of bank accounts No. 67091379742 maintained with the fifth respondent State Bank of India at Marangattupally Branch, Account No. 909030033720170 with the fourth respondent Axis Bank at Thodupuzha Branch and the Account No. 909020033056029 with the fourth respondent AXIS Bank of Thodupuzha Branch, by affording an opportunity to the petitioner to pay the balance outstanding amount arising under Ext. P3 proceedings in due instalments. B. Direct the 1st respondent to consider the Ext. P5 representation on merits, after giving due opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and also may interdict the coercive proceedings till its final disposal. C. Issue such other writs, orders or directions, as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and necessary in the present case in the interests of justice.” 3. The affidavit of Managing director of petitioner company is placed on record and accepted. 4. With the consent of the counsel appearing for both the parties, the writ petition stands disposed of by this judgment:— (a) The petitioner is granted ten monthly installments to pay the outstanding amount of Rs. 9,92,426/-. (b) The first instalment becomes payable on or before 30.12.2019. (c) The respondents are directed to raise the attachment of bank accounts immediately. (d) Adv. Sri. John Mathew Therezhath for petitioner states that the moment the attachment order is raised by the respondents, the petitioner will pay the first installment even before the expiry of 30.12.2019. (e) The petitioner, if defaults two installments, the respondents are free to proceed to recover the amount in accordance with law.
