JUDGMENT : 1. The writ petition inter-alia, has been filed for the following reliefs: (A) Issue an order or direction directing the respondent nos.3, the Regional Sambhag Food Controller Basti Regional/Sambhag Basti to decide the claim petition No. 150/29.4.2014-9(143)/14 (M/s Afsarudeen Rice Mill and another Vs. the Food Commissioner), Food and Civil Supply Department U.P., Government Lucknow is pending before the respondent no. 2 within a stipulated time bound period or as directed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Claim Petition No. 150/29.4.2014-9(143)/14 (M/s Afsarudeen Rice Mill and another Vs. The Food Commissioner) is pending before Respondent No. 2, The Food Commissioner, Food and Civil Supply, Department of U.P. Government Lucknow and the same has not been decided as yet. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the Respondent No. 2, the Food Commissioner, Food and Civil Supply, Department of U.P. Government Lucknow, ventilating his grievances within fifteen days from today along with a certified copy of this order and in case, such representation is made, the said authority shall make all endeavour to consider and decide the same by a speaking order in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within two months from the date of receipt of the said representation.
