JUDGMENT 1. The matter comes up on an application under Article 226(3) of the Constitution of India for vacation of ex-parte interim order dated 4.4.2018. 2. Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the respondents. Taking into consideration the fact that the father of the petitioner was a member of SDMC at which the petitioner was selected, I am of the considered view that the ex-parte interim order dated 4.4.2018 to the petitioners benefit saving his appointment as Panchayat Sahyak by the SDMC therefore deserves to be vacated. It is accordingly so. 3. The application for vacation of ex-parte interim order dated 4.4.2018 is accordingly allowed. The ex-parte interim order dated 4.4.2018 stands vacated. 4. The stay application is dismissed.
