JUDGMENT : 1. The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to add Senior Commandant C.I.S.F Dhurwa as respondent no. 5 in this case. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the cause title of this petition. 3. Mr. Binod Kumar Singh, learned Advocate has appeared on behalf of the respondent no.5. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply the copy of the writ application along with all annexures to the learned counsel for the respondent no.5 so that he can take instruction in the matter and file counter affidavit within three weeks. 5. List this case after three weeks.
