JUDGMENT : 1. The present application has been filed for substitution of the legal heirs of the petitioner as because petitioner died on 3.2.2010 during the pendency of the present writ petition. 2. In para-2 of the instant application legal heirs of the petitioner has been described. 3. For the reasons stated in this application, this application is allowed. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the cause title of the main writ petition within two weeks. 5. I.A No. 1196 of 2012 stands disposed of 6. Put up this case on 1.7.2019.
