JUDGMENT 1. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that though the petitioner stand higher in merit, he has not been allotted zone as per his choice and preference and candidates lower in merit have been allotted the said zone. 2. Further submissions have been made that despite reshuffling of the result and the petitioner getting higher position, still he has not been accorded the desired zone. 3. Further submissions have been made that in case of Sunita Kumari Meena v. State of Raj. & Ors.: SBCW No. 23680/2018, decided on 02.04.2019 at Jaipur Bench, the respondents have been directed to undertake the exercise for allotment of zone all over again. 4. In view of the above fact situation as well as submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, issue notice. Issue notice of the stay application also, returnable in four weeks. 5. Notices when issued be given dasti to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 6. In the meanwhile, in case, the petitioner is not allotted zone Churu in the reshuffled exercise to be undertaken by the respondents and persons lower in merit to the petitioner are accorded such appointment, the respondents shall keep one post of Sr. Teacher (Social Studies) in zone Churu vacant.
