ORDER Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents. 2. In the present case, the petitioner is seeking relief of pensionary benefits. 3. The EPFO has filed the counter affidavit wherein it has been stated that the petitioner will be granted the benefit of pension subject to surrender of original scheme certificate along with Form 10D. 4. Counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of this writ application, the petitioner received the copy of Form 10D and remitted the same, but counsel for the petitioner is not sure about the original scheme certificate has been attached with Form 10D. 5. If the original scheme certificate has not been surrendered then the petitioner is directed to surrender the same in the office of Regional Provident Fund Commissioner and after verification of the same, the petitioner will be granted the pensionary benefits in accordance with law including the arrears if any. 6. With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application stands disposed of.
