JUDGMENT Sujit Narayan Prasad, J. - This writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction upon the respondent to pay the admissible dues of Rs.32,06,340/- along with the statutory interest of 18%. According to the petitioner the said dues has not been paid in spite of work having been performed before the authority but the same has not been revealed in spite of the repeated representation filed before the competent authority. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent has submitted that the writ petition may be disposed of directing the authority to consider the claim of the petitioner by taking the appropriate decision in accordance with law. 3. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and with the consent of the petitioner without entering into the claim of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to file afresh representation before the Director Employment and training cum member secretary, Jharkhand Society for Skill Development initiative skills Ranchi, i.e. respondent no. 5. within two weeks'' from the date of receipt of copy of this order by giving therein details supported by document, if any. 4. The concerned respondent shall take decision in accordance with law within a reasonable period preferably within eight weeks'' from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5. Needless to say, if the claims of the petitioner is found to be genuine, the same shall be disbursed in his favour within three weeks'' from the date of receipt of copy of this order. However, in case of dispute over the claim of the petitioner the same shall be communicated to the petitioner by passing an speaking order within the period aforesaid. 6. This writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
