ORDER : 1. On 14.05.2019, nobody appears on behalf of petitioners. On that date, the case was adjourned to be listed on 18.05.2019. On that date, the matter was again adjourned to be listed on 10.06.2019. When the matter was called, Mr. Anshuman Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier Mr. Manoj Tandon was conducting this case but now he has been appointed as A.A.G. by the State of Jharkhand, hence, the petitioner shall engage another senior counsel to conduct the case. Accordingly, the matter is listed today. 2. Today, on repeated call none appears for the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners have lost their interest in this case. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
