ORDER 1. We find no ground to interfere with the impugned order(s) passed by the High Court. 2. The decision of this Court in K.S. Varghese & Ors. v. Saint Peter's and Saint Paul's Syrian Orthodox Church and Ors., reported in (2017) 15 SCC 333 , is binding on all concerned. The matters covered by decision cannot be entertained time and again. No Court should entertain any matter which has been covered by a decision of this Court. 3. The special leave petition is, accordingly, dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, shall stands disposed of.
