JUDGMENT : Heard Mr. Din Dayal Saha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Vikash Kumar, learned C.G.C for the respondents. 2. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for direction upon the respondents to issue appointment letter in favour of petitioner on the post of Constable (GD), CRPF against the vacancy published in 2010. 3. Pursuant to an advertisement published for appointment on the post of constable (GD) in C.R.P.F in different places, the petitioner applied and successfully completed all the tests held by the authorities and thereafter, he was directed to appear on 12.01.2011 for medical test at CRPF Center at Sindri where he appeared and was found medically fit but no result was published for a long period. Thereafter, the petitioner filed a representation with a request to appoint the petitioner on the said post but it turned deaf ear to the respondents. 4. Mr. Kumar, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that it was observed that the petitioner and another candidate had passed “Madhyama Parikasha (Matric Exam) in Sanskrit from Jharkhand Adhividya Parishad (Jharkhand) Jharkhand Academic Council, Ranchi, therefore, a clarification has been sought for regarding validity of educational certificate and Madarsa Education certificate issued by the Jharkhand Academic council but till date no information has been received and is still awaited. Hence, the appointment of the petitioner has been kept in abeyance. 5. In such view of the matter, it would be apposite to dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the authorities concerned within a period of four weeks, and in turn the authorities are directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, taking into account that the required clarification is still awaited from Jharkhand Academic Council, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of such representation. 6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
