JUDGMENT 1. The instant misc. petition has been filed by the petitioners for quashing the FIR No. 18/2019 registered at Police Station Sadar, District Bhilwara for the offences under Sections 354, 376/511, 384, 372, 120-B IPC and under Section 7 and 8 of POCSO Act. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that earlier the petitioners has filed an FIR, wherein the prosecutrix was recovered and this false FIR has been lodged against the petitioners. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposed the prayer made by the counsel for the petitioners. 4. I have heard the counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record. 5. It is clearly mentioned in the case diary and other relevant documents that the prosecutrix is aged about 17 years and in her statement she clearly mentioned that both the petitioners sold her and obtained a sum of Rs. 3 Lacs. She also alleges serious allegations against the petitioners. Therefore, no case is made out for grant the petition filed by the petitioners. 6. Hence, the instant criminal misc. petition filed by the petitioners is hereby dismissed accordingly. 7. Stay petition is also dismissed.
