JUDGMENT 1. The present misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioners against the order dated 08.11.2017 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Deedwana, District Nagaur whereby the trial court has rejected the final report submitted by the Police and has taken cognizance against the petitioners for offences under Sections 419, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC and issued arrest warrant. 2. Counsel for the petitioners made a limited prayer that the arrest warrant so issued against the petitioners may be converted into bailable warrant and they will appear before the trial court and will raise all objections at the time of framing of charge. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor opposed the prayer made by the petitioner. 4. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. 5. In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioners, the arrest warrant issued by the trial court vide order dated 08.11.2017 is hereby converted into bailable warrant of Rs.50,000/-. The petitioners are directed to appear before the trial court on or before 13.05.2019 and submit bail bonds of Rs.50,000/-. On submitting the bail bonds, the trial Court shall release the petitioners on bail. 6. However, looking to the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, liberty is granted to the petitioners to raise all the objections before the trial court at the time of framing of charge. 7. The misc. petition is disposed of accordingly. Stay application is also decided.
