JUDGMENT 1. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved against the order dated 12.02.2019 (Annex.4) passed by the respondents cancelling the candidature of the petitioner on account of the fact that she claimed benefit of reservation as OBC based on her marriage within the State of Rajasthan. 2. The respondents relying on the judgment of Honble Supreme court in Bir Singh v. Delhi Jal Board : (2018) 10 SCC 312 came to the conclusion that the petitioner was not entitled for claiming the said benefits. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner attempted to make submissions, however, failed to distinguish the judgment in the case of Bir Singh (supra). Further in Ranjana Kumari v. State of Uttarakhand & Ors. : Civil Appeal No. 8425/2013, decided on 01.11.2018 also same view has been taken by Honble Supreme Court. 4. In view of the above, no case for interference is made out. There is no substance in the writ petition and the same is, therefore, dismissed.
