JUDGMENT : Ajai Lamba, J. This petition has been filed to seek a Writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to conduct proper investigation in Sipajhar P.S. Case No.757/2019 under sections 342/354/354(B)/ 325/506/34 I.P.C. 2. The petitioner is the complainant/informant and seeks proper investigation. 3. We find that this is a frivolous petition. The petitioner has the appropriate remedy of approaching the concerned Magistrate, while filing an application under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Code. 4. The petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy provided in law.
