JUDGMENT : Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J. 1. Mr. S.K. Ughal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has preferred this writ petition for quashing the order dated 17.06.2013 whereby the petitioner was asked to be retired w.e.f. 31.10.2013. 2. It is submitted that the date of birth of the petitioner is recorded as 14.10.1953 in Form B of the register under the Mines Act. In Service excerpts also the date of birth of the petitioner was mentioned as 14.10.1953 and considering this the management asked the petitioner to retire on 31.10.2013. 3. The petitioner is also not knowing his date of birth and year which is apparent from the statement made in paragraph 5 of the writ petition wherein no proof he had with regard to his date of birth and year. 4. In view of this the date of birth of the petitioner as mentioned in the management register is found to be correct. 5. No case for interference is made out by the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.
