Learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the unofficial respondents submit that in view of the subsequent developments, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the same has become infructuous. 2. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand dismissed.
