ORDER Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State. 2. The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ application is non consideration of their case for promotion as Headmaster Grade as per the Statutory Rule. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that as a result of their inaction the petitioners and other alike are deprived of their legitimate promotion which is available in terms of the Bihar Panchayat Elementary Teachers (Employment and Service Conditions) Rules, 2012. 3. Considering the grievance as to inaction on the part of respondents, the present writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents Director (Primary), Education, Human Resources Development Department, Bihar, Patna to take appropriate decision with regard to grant of promotion to all eligible in terms of Rules framed for application in the matter of promotion. 4. Necessary decision in this regard must be taken by the respondent Director (Primary) Education within a maximum period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. 5. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
