ORDER 1. This Transfer Petition is filed for transfer of HMA Petition No. 1264/2017, titled as "Sh. Kishore Kumar singh vs. Smt. Sweta Kishore Singh" pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghaziabad (U.P.) to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Nagpur, Maharashtra. 2. We have heard learned counsel for the parties. 3. In the facts and circumstances of the case and keeping in view the grounds urged in the transfer petition, we order transfer of HMA Petition No. 1264/2017, titled as "Sh. Kishore Kumar Singh vs. Smt. Sweta Kishore Singh" pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ghaziabad (U.P.) to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Nagpur, Maharashtra. 4. The Transfer petition is allowed accordingly.
