JUDGMENT 1. Petitioner has preferred this Criminal Misc. Petition seeking adding of offence under POCSO Act and for proper, impartial and fair investigation. 2. The Investigating Officer was directed to remain present in the Court, who has informed that investigation was conducted by Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP), as per directions of the Court dated 01.11.2018 in Criminal Misc. Petition No. 6912/2018. 3. It is also informed that charge-sheet has already been filed and steps are being taken to arrest the remaining accused and proceedings under Section 37 Cr.P.C. have also been initiated. 4. In view of the fact that police has already submitted chargesheet, the Criminal Misc. Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Stay application also stands disposed.
