JUDGMENT : Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.: 1. Heard Mr. Diwakar Upadhyay, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. G.R.N. Shahdeo, learned J.C. to G.P.II. for the State and Mr. Sudarshan Shrivastava, learned counsel for the respondent no. 3. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the rest of the grievances of the petitioner has already been redressed and only an amount of Rs. 83,136/- is still due to be paid to the petitioner by the respondent State. However, in the counter-affidavit the State has not disputed the amount claimed by the petitioner. 3. The petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the Superintendent of Police. On representation filed by the petitioner, the Superintendent of Police will decide the claim of the petitioner and shall pass a speaking order within a period of six weeks’ from the date of production of a copy of this order. He will also communicate the order to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter. 4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
