ORDER 1. None appears on behalf of the petitioner. 2. The appeal filed by the petitioner against the judgment and order dated 21.09.2016 in favour of the respondent under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act is pending in the Court of the Principal District Judge, Gondia. 3. The petitioner is seeking transfer of another petition (being HMP No. 93 of 2017) titled as Ghanshyam v. Sau. Dimple @ Anju filed by the respondent under Sections 13 (IA) (IB) and (AA)(II) pending in the Court of Civil Judge (Sr.Dn.) Gondia, Maharashtra to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Hopardi, Jodhpur, Rajasthan. 4. In view of the pendency of the appeal filed by her in the Court of the Principal District Judge, Gondia, we see no reason to transfer this case to Jodhpur, Rajasthan. 5. The transfer petition is accordingly dismissed.
