JUDGMENT 1. On 04.02.2019 orders were passed to call investigating officer with the case dairy. 2. I.O. Shri G.M. Rathi Deputy Superintendent of Police, CBI New Delhi, is present and has submitted a factual report and has stated that after submission of the charge sheet investigation is pending under the provision of Section 173 (8) Cr.P.C. against present petitioner and petitioner has been asked to furnish certain relevant documents, which have yet not been given to the investigating agency, and it also stated that in the trial charges have been framed and matter is sub-judice for prosecution evidence. 3. Investigating Officer Shri GM Rathi is directed to complete the investigation expeditiously, since the FIR relates to 2016 and trial is stated to be sub-judice against the accused persons qua whom charge-sheet has already been filed. 4. List on 20.05.2019. Deputy Superintendent of Police I.O. Shri GM Rathi is directed to be present alongwith case diary on the next date. 5. It is expected from the petitioner Religare Finvest Ltd that necessary lawful cooperation shall be extended to the investigating agency in the meanwhile.
