ORDER 1. This Transfer Petition is filed for transfer of Misc. Judl. Case no. 10/2014 in Matrimonial Suit No. 77/2013, titled as "Sri. Srikant vs. Smt. S. Karthika" pending before the Court of District Judge, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Port Blair to Sub Court at Tambaram or any other competent Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. 2. The respondent though served, remained unrepresented. 3. In the facts and circumstances of the case and keeping in view the grounds urged in the transfer petition, we order transfer of Misc. Judl. Case no. 10/2014 in Matrimonial Suit No. 77/2013, titled as "Sri. Srikant vs. Smt. S. Karthika" pending before the Court of District Judge, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Port Blair to the Court of District Judge, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, who may try the case himself or assign the same to any other Court of competent jurisdiction. 4. The Transfer petition is allowed accordingly.
