JUDGMENT 1. The present criminal appeal under Section 14(A) (2) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act have been filed in connection with FIR No. 59/2019 registered at Police Station Masalpur, District Karauli for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 323, 341, 325, 336, 427, 452 of I.P.C. & Section 3(1) (R) (S) (2) (VA) of the Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. 2. Counsel for the appellants submits that it is a case of version and cross-version. Counsel further submits that grievous injuries caused on the injured persons have not been assigned to the appellants. Counsel further submits that the appellants are behind the bars since 25.03.2019 and trial may take long time. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor assisted by counsel for the complainant have opposed the appeal. 4. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, it would be just and expedient to order the release of the appellants on bail. 5. The order dated 30.03.2019 passed by the learned Special Judge, SC/ST (POA), Cases, Karauli is quashed and set-aside and this appeal is accordingly allowed and it is directed that accused appellants-(1) Deepa @ Deep Singh S/o Sirnam Singh (2) Hari Singh S/o Sirnam Singh (3) Indraveer Singh S/o Sirnam Singh (4) Pawan Singh S/o Indraveer Singh shall be released on bail provided each of them furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) together with two sureties in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court with the stipulation that they shall appear before that Court and any Court to which the matter is transferred, on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
