JUDGMENT 1. Counsel for the petitioners want to withdraw the bail application on behalf of petitioner No. 1-Vidhyanand & No. 4- Jagdish. 2. In that view of the matter, the bail application filed on behalf of petitioner No. 1-Vidhyanand & No. 4-Jagdish under Section 438 Cr.P.C. stands dismissed as prayed for. 3. So far petitioner Nos. 2, 3 and 5 are concerned, they have been arrested in connection with FIR No. 119/2019 registered at Police Station Sanganer Sadar, Jaipur for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 434, 447, 379 of I.P.C. 4. Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner Nos. 2, 3 and 5 are women and they have been falsely implicated in this matter. 5. Learned Public Prosecutor and counsel for the complainant have opposed the bail application. 6. Taking into account the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this court deems it just and proper to allow the anticipatory bail application. 7. Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application filed on behalf of petitioner Nos. -2-Smt. Hemalata, 3-Smt. Tulsa Devi & 5- Smt. Guddi Devi is allowed. The S.H.O/I.O/Arresting Officer, Police Station Sanganer Sadar, Jaipur in F.I.R. No. 19/2019 is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner Nos. 2 (Smt. Hemalata W/o Vidhyanand), 3 (Smt. Tulsa Devi W/o Hanuman Sahai) and 5 (Smt. Guddi Devi W/o Jagdish), they shall be released on bail, provided each of them furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the S.H.O/I.O/Arresting Officer of the concerned Police Station on the following conditions:- (i) that the petitioners shall make themselves available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required; (ii) that the petitioners shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the court or any police officer, and (iii) that the petitioners shall not leave India without previous permission of the court.
