JUDGMENT : Ajai Lamba, J. Shah Alom has preferred this application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 in Baguan P.S. Case No.122/2019 under Section 143/305 of Indian Penal Code, 1960. 2. Having gone through the FIR, I find that main accusation appears to be against Moner Ali, co-accused/non-petitioner. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is not connected with Moner Ali and yet has been implicated for the alleged suicide of Hajera Khatun, who was minor at the time of incident. 4. Learned counsel for the prosecution seeks time to produce the case diary. 5. List on 6th January, 2020.
