JUDGMENT : Ajai Lamba, J. Sri Prasanta Das has filed this petition for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 in Dispur Police Station Case No.3671/2019 registered under Section 448/120(B)/384/506 of the Indian Penal Code. 2. I have gone through the contents of the FIR at issue. 3. Accusation is that one boy came to the parlour of the complainant for getting his facial done. Subsequently, three more boys came. The boy who had come for facial left the place. The boys who subsequently came demanded Rs.1,50,000/- in extortion saying that they would publish video of the victim. 4. Learned counsel for the prosecution has pointed out that the accused were apprehended at the spot. 5. Considering the serious nature of the crime and the fact that the accused were apprehended at the spot, it is evident prima facie that the offence has been committed. 6. No ground for grant of bail is made out. 7. Dismissed.
