ORDER 1. This Transfer Petition is filed for transfer of Petition No. 716 of 2016, titled "Amit Acharya vs. Mrs. Nitu Sharma" pending before the Family Court, Sr. No. 2, Jaipur Town, Jaipur, Rajasthan to the Court of Competent Jurisdiction at Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh. 2. The respondent, though served, remained unrepresented. 3. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case and keeping in view the grounds urged in the transfer petition, we order transfer of Petition No. 716 of 2016, titled Amit Achrya vs. Mrs. Nitu Sharma" pending before the Family Court, Sr. No. 2, Jaipur Town, Jaipur, Rajasthan to the Court of District Judge, Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh, who may try the case himself or assign the same to any other Court of competent jurisdiction. 5. The Transfer petition is allowed accordingly.
