ORDER 1. Leave granted. 2. When the matter was called out, nobody appeared for the appellant. 3. The allegations made against the appellant were of the year 2000. No allegations are found against the appellant after the year 2000. Complaint was lodged after institution of the Divorce proceedings by the appellant against the complainant. 4. Be that as it may, since divorce has already taken place as back as on 29-6-2012 by virtue of the Court's decision and that too based on the admission made by the wife, we do not find any ground to continue the proceedings against the appellant. 5. In view of the above, the order of the High Court is set aside insofar as it relates the appellant and proceedings as against the appellant stand quashed. 6. The appeal is allowed in the afore-stated terms.
