JUDGMENT : Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J. Heard Mr. Binod Kumar, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Prashant Kumar Singh, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State. 2. Pursuant to order dated 16.09.2014 and 24.07.2019, the Secretary, School Education and Literacy Department personally enquired into the matter and prepared the enquiry report which has been filed by way of Supplementary Counter-Affidavit dated 26.08.2019. In the enquiry report it has come that a wrong authority-slip was issued to the petitioner rather, an amount of Rs.3,82,901/- alongwith interest is recoverable from the petitioner. The Secretary has also come to the conclusion that some other persons are also involved by way of issuing ‘NOC’ in favour of the petitioner and for that the Secretary came to the finding that the officers are guilty of providing the said ‘NOC’. The name of the officers are also disclosed in paragraph no.8 of the said enquiry. It has also come in the enquiry that in the GPF there was no balance in the account of the petitioner. 3. In view of the enquiry report, pursuant to the order of this Court, nothing remains in this case. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed.
