JUDGMENT 1. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking appropriate posting on account of physical condition of his son and wife. 2. It is inter alia indicated in the writ petition that pursuant to the provisions of Rule 6D of the Rajasthan Educational Subordinate Service Rules, 1971, the petitioner was accorded posting at Champasar, Panchayat Samit Bap, District Jodhpur, by order dated 18.9.2017. On account of physical condition of his son and wife, the petitioner has been repeatedly approaching the respondents by way of representations seeking posting at appropriate place, however, the said representations have not been adverted to and, therefore, the respondents may be directed to pass appropriate orders on the said representations. 3. A perusal of the record indicates that the petitioner was accorded posting on 18.9.2017 and all the representations which have been placed on record pertain to the year 2017 and the present writ petition has been filed on 17.11.2018, as to what has happened in between the date of posting of the petitioner till filing of the present writ petition, is not available on record 4. In view of the above fact situation, the petitioner may make a fresh representation indicating the present status of his posting and physical condition of his son and wife. In case, such a representation is filed by the petitioner, the respondents would deal with the same appropriately keeping in view the circumstances as indicated by the petitioner and pass appropriate order on the said representation within a period of two weeks from the date such representation alongwith a certified copy of this order is placed before the respondents. 5. With the above directions, the petition filed by the petitioner stands disposed of.
