ORDER : 1. Heard Mr. R.S. Pandiyaraj, Learned Counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. S.K. Rameshwar, Learned Standing Counsel, who has taken notice for the Respondents. With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petitions are taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2. The Learned Standing Counsel for the Respondents on instructions submits that in view of the order dated 08.05.2019 in W.P. No. 14065 of 2019 and the order dated 16.05.2019 in W.P. No. 14441 of 2019 passed by this Court in the similar cases, the Respondents are willing to permit the Petitioners to pay the Additional Security Deposit in six Equal Monthly Instalments (EMIs). 3. Recording the submission made by the Learned Standing Counsel for the Respondents, the Petitioners are permitted to pay the Additional Security Deposit in six Equal Monthly Instalments commencing from 31.05.2019. It is made clear that in the event of failure on the part of the Petitioners to pay any of the instalments, it is open to the Respondents/TANGEDCO to proceed against the Petitioners in accordance with law. 4. The Writ Petitions are disposed of on the aforesaid terms. No costs.
