JUDGMENT [DBSAW No. 931/2017] 1. Mr. A.R. Beniwal, Advocate puts in appearance on behalf of legal representatives of deceased respondents Nos. 4, 5, 6 and 10. 2. The application (IA No. 1/19) preferred by the appellant-State for bringing the legal representatives of deceased respondents Nos. 4, 5, 6 & 10 is not opposed by the counsel appearing for the respondents. 3. The application (IA No. 1/19) is, accordingly, allowed. The amended cause title already filed is taken on record. 4. Heard on application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act. 5. It is submitted that in connected appeal preferred by Urban Improvement Trust, Udaipur being SAW No. 915/2017, application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act has already been allowed and, therefore, learned counsel appearing for the respondents do not oppose application for condonation of delay. 6. Accordingly, application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act is allowed. Delay in filing the appeal is condoned. 7. Let the appeal be listed for admission in the month of July, 2019.
